Brutal Faceplant Leaves Fox Reporter Speechless
Fox News reporter Peter Doocy went after White House Press Secretary Jen Pskai on the topic of vaccine mandates for police officers, and it backfired tremendously. Doocy mentioned that cops around the country supposedly want to quit over COVID vaccine mandates and argued these requirements may not end up making communities safer. He brought up the LA County Sheriff’s office saying that 5-10% of its workforce may walk off the job if the mandates are enforced. After some back and forth, Psaki asked Doocy if he knew what the number one cause of death for police officers was in 2020. After a brief pause, the press secretary answered her own question, saying “COVID-19.” She later followed up with, “Peter, more than 700,000 people have died of COVID. Again, it was the number one cause of death among police departments and police officers. It’s something that we should take seriously. Departments are trying to save people in their departments, people who work for them, we support that effort and there’s been success across the country in that regard.” Clearly, Doocy was not prepared for this answer and his attempt to make vaccine requirements seem dangerous didn’t go so well. Surely Doocy will not learn from this and he’ll soon be back again with his next “gotcha” attempt.
Trump PANICKING About Release of His Jan 6 Behavior
Donald Trump is desperately trying to block Congress from getting access to the records of exactly what the then-president was doing on January 6th as the riots were unfolding at the Capitol building. Trump’s lawyer submitted a 26-page complaint arguing he shouldn’t have to comply with the requests from Congress because of “executive privilege.” The Trump team is especially upset with Joe Biden over this, arguing that he should be exerting executive privilege on Trump’s behalf, something the current POTUS said he will not be doing. Trump’s lawyer Jesse Binnall wrote in the complaint, “in a political ploy to accommodate his partisan allies, President Biden has refused to assert executive privilege over numerous clearly privileged documents requested by the committee.” Clearly, Trump is worried about legislators and the public at large finding out about what he was up to on the 6th of January. By all accounts, Trump was gleeful as he watched his supporters storm the Capitol and had his eyes glued to the television the entire time. He also was reluctant to call in the military and to issue a statement to tell his supporters to leave in peace. Instead, Trump tweeted disparaging remarks about Mike Pence in the crucial hours and said “these are the things and events that happen when a sacred landslide election victory is so unceremoniously & viciously stripped away.” It’s no wonder why Trump is living in fear of these documents coming to light because they’ll certainly prove he was complacent and in dereliction of his duty.

Trump Asks Supporters for $45 to "Solve" Election Fraud
Donald Trump is on to his next grift which is to ask his supporters for $45 each to help him investigate so-called voter fraud in the 2020 election. Last week, the former president released a statement suggesting that he would discourage his supporters from voting in the 2022 midterms and 2024 election if “election integrity” is not addressed by the Republican Party. The Trump team highlighted this message and followed up by asking for cash in its latest release. The text read, “the truth is, we need at least $45 from EACH Patriot reading this email if we are going to have the necessary resources to solve the election fraud of 2020. President Trump is calling on YOU to donate to the Protect our Elections Fund.” The 2020 election was just about a year ago at this point and yet the scams by Trump and his team continue. Unfortunately, many of the people who will be duped into contributing $45 or even more are not high income earners and can’t afford to be spending this extra cash. Furthermore, the person running the charade is a billionaire with a long record of running fraudulent financial schemes, yet people will still give him money for nothing in return.

Awkward Moment as Fox Guest Slams Fox Reporter Without Knowing It
In the wake of Colin Powell’s death, some right-wingers and vaccine skeptics have made the argument that COVID immunizations are becoming ineffective. One such example of this was Fox News reporter John Roberts who played into this narrative when he sent out a tweet that he later chose to delete. It read, “the fact that Colin Powell died from a breakthrough COVID infection raises new concerns about how effective vaccines are long-term.” This led to an awkward encounter later on Fox when the network brought on Dr. Nicole Saphier to explain why Powell’s death shouldn’t make people vaccine hesitant and Roberts had to sit there with a guilty look on his face. Dr. Saphier referred to Powell’s age and medical conditions and said, “to use someone’s death to try and make a point that really doesn’t carry a lot of weight to it, is very frustrating. But I can tell you that this was a very specific situation.” The truth is that Powell’s death didn’t inform us of anything new about COVID and the vaccines. We already knew that the vaccines, though highly effective against hospitalizations and deaths, are not 100% effective and that some vaccinated people will indeed die from COVID. Powell just so happened to fall under this category and he was a well-known person, but that’s not indicative of any sort of change in the medical science.
