Trump Niece: Trump Abused, Has Learning Disability, Paid Someone to Take SAT's

Donald Trump's estranged niece, Mary L. Trump, has been working on a book that is set to be published next week. The book is called Too Much and Never Enough: How My Family Created the World’s Most Dangerous Man. In the book, Mary Trump makes a number of claims about the President, including that he was verbally abused by his father as a child. She wrote that lies were commonplace in the Trump family and people were casually dehumanized. Mary Trump also makes the allegation that Trump has an undiagnosed learning disability and that he paid someone to take his SATs.

None of these claims are outlandish or surprising. We know Trump to be a pathological liar with sociopath-type tendencies. It is very possible that these character traits come from the abusive environment Trump grew up in. Hilariously, White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany when asked about the book, said "I have yet to see the book, but it is a book of falsehoods.” We’ll see if more allegations surface when the book comes out next week and how the White House will respond to them.

Tucker Carlson Setting Stage for Violence if Trump Loses

Fox News propagandist Tucker Carlson is getting more and more reckless as Donald Trump’s reelection chances continue to dwindle. Carlson is no longer playing coy, now saying the left is dangerous and a fundamental threat to the American way of life. It appears as though Tucker is doing this as a way to prepare his viewers for a Trump loss. He is effectively communicating to them that violence would be justifiable as a reaction to a Trump defeat. In his latest rant, Carlson blamed the school system and protesters for the degradation of America. He also criticized Joe Biden’s 4th of July message about the United States having a racist history.

Of course, Tucker Carlson’s message is vile but it also works as a clever monologue. Many of the people who watch programs like Tucker’s lack critical thinking skills, epistemology skills, media literacy skills, etc. They become convinced by the propaganda. Some of them will become radicalized and take matters into their own hands. The average Tucker Carlson viewer won’t ever see a progressive debunk his claims point by point, and they will be persuaded by his talking points.

From yesterday’s show:

Trump Press Secy in Pretzel on Confederate Flag

Yesterday, White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany tried to defend the President’s lack of a position on the Confederate flag. McEnany kept repeating that Trump “is not making a judgment one way or another.” Trump’s tweets and rhetoric suggest he is for keeping the flag in public spaces, even though when running for office in 2015, he said it should come down. McEnany tried to obfuscate and talk about other things but refused to pinpoint Trump’s position on the flag. The important thing is, it appears as though Trump is so desperate for the racist vote, that he willing to play coy on this topic.
