Trump visibly confused, barely functional at Super Tuesday "victory"
In the aftermath of Super Tuesday, where Trump secured victories across the board, except in Vermont, his post-primary speech left observers questioning his energy and coherence. Trump continued to peddle baseless claims about the stock market's success being tied to his potential return to the presidency, a narrative at odds with economic indicators. Described by some as "American Carnage 2.0," the speech was marked by lurid anecdotes about the country's supposed downfall, despite positive metrics in employment, crime rates, and GDP. Trump's revisionist history, claiming a period of great unity during his presidency, contradicts the divisive reality experienced by many. Melania Trump was notably absent from his victory speech, fueling speculation about his personal affairs. As the Trump train moves forward, financial struggles and the absence of clarity in his messaging remain significant challenges.
Trump CRUSHES Haley, Haley quitting, won't endorse Trump (for now)
The Republican primaries came to a close with Donald Trump nearly sweeping Super Tuesday, securing victories in Maine, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Virginia, North Carolina, Tennessee, Alabama, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Texas, Colorado, Utah, California, and Alaska. Notably, Nikki Haley secured a win in Vermont, but she is reportedly exiting the presidential race, raising questions about her future role in the Republican Party. The Wall Street Journal reports her departure without an immediate endorsement for Trump, signaling potential discontent within the party. While Trump dominates in some states, there's a noteworthy challenge; exit polls indicate that in states like North Carolina, a significant percentage of Nikki Haley voters are reluctant to support the eventual Republican nominee, highlighting potential hurdles for Trump in November. The dynamics of this Republican race, shaped by internal divisions, suggest that there will be significant challenges for Trump once he officially becomes the GOP nominee.
From yesterday’s show:
Biden thinks Trump won't concede if he loses again
In a recent interview with The New Yorker, President Joe Biden delves into various aspects of his presidency, but a notable highlight is his perspective on Donald Trump's potential refusal to concede in the 2024 election. Biden contends that losers, particularly Trump, are never graceful and that he is motivated by ego and narcissism. This insight provides a crucial lens through which to view the upcoming electoral landscape. Biden's remarks illuminate the inherent challenges of dealing with Trump's refusal to accept election outcomes, an issue that transcends mere speculation given Trump's track record. Biden's candid assessment urges vigilance against becoming desensitized to Trump's authoritarian tendencies, recognizing the need to resist such normalization. As we brace for the 2024 elections, Biden's insights offer a sobering reminder of the enduring impact of Trump's refusal to accept defeat.
Fox diner guest says she wouldn't vote for woman, host PANICS
In a recent Fox News segment from Allen, Texas, a diner guest's offbeat comments took an unexpected turn, prompting even the Fox News anchor to intervene. The early-morning diner interviews aim to capture the sentiment of the average person, but in this case, the response was quite unconventional. When asked about Michelle Obama's decision not to run for president, a woman declared she wouldn't vote for any woman, including Nikki Haley, as she deemed menopausal women unfit for the role. The statement left the Fox News host visibly uncomfortable. While the host attempted to smoothly steer the conversation away, the incident highlights the extent to which regressive political ideas still linger in the Republican Party, even among so-called “average” voters.

HI: I can think of only one or two scenarios in which Trump won't object to the outcome if he loses.... one would be if he's dead and the other would be if his dementia gets so advanced that he's unaware of the loss. I don't say this lightly. I have never to my knowledge wished someone death.
Everyone is amazed that Haley and McConnell have both endorsed Trump. I think they dislike him, but he has promised to jail his opponents. Even if that is not possible, it could mean massive legal fees for anyone opposed to him.
