Trump Asks Women to Like Him at Sick Rally
Donald Trump held another corona-rally yesterday, this time in Pennsylvania where Joe Biden is currently leading by an average of seven points. Perhaps the strangest moment of the evening was when Trump addressed being down among suburban women voters and then he begged them to like him. This President is out of ideas and unable to course correct so as his campaign crumbles, he’s left pleading with people to support him.
The President also addressed the coronavirus pandemic, which he is downplaying by holding these massive rallies in the first place. At one point, he polled people on whether or not they’ve had the virus yet. Trump talked about how he is now “immune” from coronavirus which is widely disputed as there are plenty of cases of people catching the disease twice. It’s clear at this point that Trump wants to push for herd immunity because all of his weak mitigation efforts have failed. Tonight, the President will put more people at risk with his rally in Iowa scheduled for 7 pm eastern.
Leftists COME FOR Noam Chomsky for Making Perfect Sense
Noam Chomsky has been making news lately in left-wing circles for his stance that people should vote for Joe Biden despite Biden being no progressive hero. Chomsky recently went on the Bad Faith podcast with Briahna Joy Gray and Virgil Texas and they discussed this exact topic. Gray and Texas argued that the consequences of “vote blue no matter who” contributes to a rightward shift in the Democratic Party. Chomsky responded by arguing that allowing Trump and Republicans to win would set the left up for failure because of the long-term effects of appointing right-wing judges.
Chomsky also hammered home the urgency of dealing with climate change, pointing out we only have a decade or two left to save the planet from irreparable harm. In contrast, capitalism and the political status quo are not going to collapse in the next ten or twenty years so we should address the more urgent threat. This was a fascinating debate, I believe Noam Chomsky is right on this, and I encourage you to check it out.
From yesterday’s show:
Trump Can't Answer ONE QUESTION During Bogus "Medical Exam"
Donald Trump held an interview on Fox News over the long weekend in what was promoted to be a “medical exam” for the President. Fox contributor and medical doctor Marc Siegal asked Trump questions about his health since it had been about two weeks since the President tested positive for the coronavirus. Instead of straightforward answers, Trump gave him the runaround. When asked if he was on any medications, Trump said no but that he took something eight hours before. When asked if he felt scared at any point, Trump didn’t answer and instead talked about the Regeneron antibody treatment he got. Even the softball Fox News interviews are making Trump look bad at this point.

SCOTUS Hearings a Horror Show as Trump Rants
Many of the topics that you mention in this “nonmember“ newsletter were reported on TYT yesterday. Please make the distinction between capitalism and corporatism since it is the corruption from the corporatists that provide the dark money to all the crooked politicians to do the bidding of the filthy rich. There’s a reason why I cancelled my membership to your show. TYT is much better. You have no one to debate with or call you out on your positions DURING your show and you almost totally lack emotion in your delivery. At TYT, the anchors call each other out all the time and art aren’t afraid of being challenged - thoroughly encouraging it. You have no one to debate with or call you out on your positions DURING your show – Except the milquetoast exchanges between you and Pat after your main show – and you almost totally lack emotion in your delivery. At TYT the anchors call each other out all the time and art aren’t afraid of being (sometimes harshly, but respectfully) challenged during their many programs and they actually encourage honest expressions of emotion - sometimes quite intense. TYT has set a bar that no one even comes close to matching. your show is not half bad though. It’s just that TYT is so much better.
