Trump TRIGGERED by Obama DNC Speech, Implodes
Last night was night three of the 2020 Democratic National Convention. The speeches were capped off by former President Barack Obama and Vice Presidential nominee Kamala Harris. Obama’s speech in particular set Donald Trump off. Trump took to Twitter to complain about it, saying, "HE SPIED ON MY CAMPAIGN, AND GOT CAUGHT!" and later, "WHY DID HE REFUSE TO ENDORSE SLOW JOE UNTIL IT WAS ALL OVER, AND EVEN THEN WAS VERY LATE? WHY DID HE TRY TO GET HIM NOT TO RUN?"
Trump’s childish response to Obama’s speech only served to back up the former president’s argument. Obama spoke about how when he handed the reins over to Trump that he hoped Trump would feel the immense weight of the office and take the job seriously. Now he realizes that Trump failed that basic expectation and had no interest at all in adapting. This is basically because he didn’t care to and didn’t want to. Obama also motivated people to stay involved in the political system despite it being frustrating at times. American history is full of people fighting for their rights and working towards a “more perfect union.” In these desperate times, it is up to us to do the same by voting on or before November 3rd.
OOPS: "Russiagate" Confirmed NOT a Hoax
Donald Trump and most Republicans have dismissed Russiagate as a hoax from its conception. Trump got his Attorney General, Bill Barr, to mislead the public about the final findings of Robert Mueller’s report and they never looked back. Now it has been confirmed by a bipartisan Senate select committee that indeed the Trump campaign did collude with Russia and coordinated the release of vital information to damage the Clinton campaign.
Despite Paul Manafort’s lies throughout the investigation, the committee was able to confirm that Russian consultant Konstantin Kilimnik was in daily contact with Manafort. The two communicated through encrypted technologies and had their correspondence automatically erased. But the real bombshell here is that Kilimnik was likely a player in the Kremlin plan to hack and leak the Hillary Clinton emails. Roger Stone was heavily involved in the plot, working as an intermediary with Wikileaks to time the release of the Podesta emails right after the Trump Access Hollywood tapes came out.
From yesterday’s show:
Rush Limbaugh Quoted Me, People Are Furious
Conservative radio host Rush Limbaugh read one of my tweets about the DNC on-air. Limbaugh quoted me expressing discontent with how the convention began and the worry that Biden and the Democrats are going to blow it. This immediately caused some progressives to argue that I provided fodder for Rush and that I shouldn’t have tweeted it. The truth is that nothing hinges on this tweet and it’s above all else important for me to speak the truth as I see it. If you want a show that blindly parrots Democratic talking points and refuses to criticize the party, I’m sure they’re out there, but this one isn’t it.
