Glitching Trump SILENCES stunned crowd, Fox News CUTS AWAY
Donald Trump held a rally in Waukesha, Wisconsin during a day off from his New York hush money trial. Trump went into his normal routine of claiming that the country may not survive another four years of Joe Biden, even though things are much less chaotic than they were under Trump’s tenure. The ex-president claimed that “GOP growth is plunging by more than 50%.” Of course, he likely meant GDP instead of GOP, and this is false since the GDP continues to grow 2% to 3% per year. Trump then asked the crowd whether they prefer the “Crooked Joe” or “Sleepy Joe” moniker, even though Trump really should retire the “Sleep Joe” nickname as reports show the former president having a difficult time staying awake in court. Ultimately, the public isn’t missing out on much with Trump unable to do as many rallies as he did before since he largely repeats the same routine of lies and hyperbole.
Howard Stern: David Pakman is WRONG, I asked Biden whatever I wanted
Howard Stern reacted to David's take on the recent interview the radio shock jock did with President Joe Biden. Stern addressed speculation about the interview's authenticity, particularly concerning a question Howard asked about airline regulations. While David suggested the White House possibly influenced the question, Stern clarified that the question was not pushed by the Biden team and that he was genuinely interested in engaging with the topic. Stern has talked about The David Pakman Show on at least two occasions, saying he watches David because he thinks the way he does politically. Perhaps this will provide an opportunity for David to appear on Howard’s show, so the two can delve into this issue and the 2024 election more broadly.
From yesterday’s show:
WOW: Trump HELD IN CONTEMPT of court, threatened with JAIL
Donald Trump has been found in contempt of court and was issued a $9,000 fine for repeatedly breaching a gag order in his New York hush-money case. Judge Juan Merchan warned Trump of potential jail time if he continued violating the order. Despite the stern rebuke, doubts linger about whether Trump would face actual imprisonment, but the Secret Service is game-planning such a scenario. Critics point to Trump's repeated defiance and question the efficacy of the justice system, arguing it favors the wealthy and powerful. Trump has enjoyed leniency despite repeated violations, something that likely wouldn’t happen to a normal criminal defendant. Amidst these debates, attention turned to Trump's statements before and after the court proceedings, raising further questions about whether he’ll finally start abiding by the gag order.
From yesterday’s show:
BREAKING: Biden admin will reclassify marijuana off of Schedule I
The Biden administration is reclassifying marijuana from Schedule I to Schedule III, signaling a major shift in federal drug policy. Currently grouped with heroin and LSD, cannabis will be moved to a category alongside steroids and Tylenol with codeine, easing restrictions nationwide, according to NBC News. This move, long-awaited by advocates, reflects a surprising departure from expectations, akin to President Biden's unexpected initiatives in student loan debt forgiveness. By officially recognizing potential medical benefits, the government is poised to initiate comprehensive research, marking a historic departure from over 50 years under the Controlled Substances Act. Rescheduling cannabis to a less restrictive category promises to facilitate research access, enable easier banking services for related businesses, and potentially alleviate tax restrictions. The shift may herald a change in public perception, laying the groundwork for further legislative reforms at the state and federal levels.
