Kamala Birthers IMMEDIATELY Come Out
It only took a day for the right-wing birther conspiracy theories to surface against vice presidential candidate Kamala Harris. The right famously used this tactic against Barack Obama during his presidency, an effort cheered by Donald Trump. John Eastman of Newsweek published an article questioning Harris’s eligibility to serve as president in a scenario where she has to step in for Joe Biden. Eastman argues Harris may not be a “natural-born citizen” because her parents were not citizens at the time of her birth. This argument should be irrelevant though, because Harris was born in Oakland, California, which happens to be part of the United States.
How come Republicans only make this argument against people of color? Barack Obama was the first black president and they went on a quest for his birth certificate. Kamala Harris could become the first female vice president of color and they question her eligibility. Never did they seem to care about John McCain, who was born on a US military base in Panama. Ted Cruz was born in Canada and he ran for president in 2016 without an issue. This is predictable Republican behavior and disgusting to see.
Trump Campaign Mask Off, Tweeting Mugshots of Black People
The Trump campaign has now gone full mask-off and has resorted to tweeting mugshots of black people to drive out their base. The campaign’s verified Twitter page, Trump War Room, has been posting pictures of young black men charged with crimes. The posts suggest Joe Biden has a connection to these men and is responsible for what they are suspected of doing. In our court system, people are innocent until proven guilty, so for them to put up pictures of people who are merely suspects is wrong. But even worse is that the Trump campaign has assessed that using this racist strategy is going to work for them. It’s truly an indictment of both the Trump team and the American people that this is happening and that it may work.
This strategy is a lot like the old Willie Horton ads. Back in 1988, Massachusetts Governor Michael Dukakis, who has been a guest on this program multiple times, was the Democratic nominee running against George H.W. Bush. Bush started publicizing a variety of different ads about how Michael Dukakis let Willie Horton, a black man, out of prison. And it was the start of this idea that Democrats are pro-crime and going to release dangerous black people into society. The Trump campaign has now brought that racist strategy to the present day via social media.

Major Forecast CONFIRMS Trump Can EASILY Win
For those of you who think Joe Biden is going to sail to victory in November — pay attention. FiveThirtyEight, one of the most prominent and accurate election modelling websites, has Joe Biden with a 71% chance to win the election. Trump at this point has a 29% of winning reelection. Coincidentally, these are the same odds that FiveThirtyEight had in their final forecast before Election Day 2016. We all know how that went. So it is vital to treat the Trump campaign like it can win and make sure that everyone votes by mail or in person for Joe Biden.
