TX Man Arrested w/ Rifle & Ammo at Kamala's House
A Texas man was arrested with a rifle and many rounds of ammunition at the official residence of Vice President Kamala Harris. According to a Washington DC police report, the man was in possession of an AR-15 semi-automatic rifle, 113 rounds of unregistered ammunition, and five 30-round magazines. The suspect is a 31-year-old man from San Antonio. The ammunition was recovered from the man’s vehicle after he was detained by local authorities until Secret Service took over. It’s unclear whether he was specifically plotting to attack the vice president or anyone else. The motive is still under investigation.
This individual now faces a long list of charges, including carrying a dangerous weapon, carrying a rifle or shotgun outside of a business, possession of unregistered ammunition, and possession of a large-capacity ammunition feeding device. Only a couple of months removed from the January 6th Capitol riots, the city remains on alert for threats like this. We know that threats from the right-wing often don’t get taken as seriously, despite far-right ideology being the top motive for terrorist attacks in the United States. So it’s good to see that this man was apprehended and that law enforcement took the threat seriously. If the suspect was trying to harm Kamala Harris or anyone else, he needs to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Trump Tower Employees Vaccinated Before They Were Eligible
The Washington Post reports that employees at Donald Trump’s Chicago Trump Tower were all vaccinated before they were eligible. According to Chicago guidelines, hotel employees won’t be eligible for the vaccine until March 29th. However, as reported, seventy-two employees received vaccines on March 10th and 11th. This was arranged by a hospital COO who lives in the building, 37-year-old Anosh Ahmed. These vaccines were taken from a hospital nine miles away from the tower, a hospital whose mission it is to provide vaccines to “minority communities hardest hit” by the pandemic. The idea then, of dozens of doses being taken from their to be brought to Trump Tower, doesn’t sit well. Mayor Lori Lightfoot addressed the incident, saying “we just can’t have something like this happen again.” It’s entirely possible that the former president wasn’t in on the scheme — we’ll just have to wait and see.
From yesterday’s show:
Biden Approval STILL 62%
Joe Biden’s initial approval rating remains sky-high with the latest Politico/Morning Consult poll having him at 62%, with 34% disapproval. Two-thirds of the country approve of the new president’s handling of coronavirus and 56% support Biden on the economy. An astounding 72% of Americans support the latest COVID stimulus package known as the American Rescue Plan Act. It’s mind-boggling that with such a high percentage of people backing the new law, zero Republicans in the House or Senate voted for it. Part of the reason that Biden’s approval remains high is because he was able to deliver on getting those $1,400 checks out to people. Combine that with him being at the beginning of his term, when presidents are their most popular, and defeating a president that never reached 50% approval, and it’s a perfect recipe for Biden to have these high approval numbers.

One minimum wage argument ....
Look at the states I believe that have done this ....
It has been a success ...
Logic if one lives pay check to pay check in a materialistic society like yours

Hence your economy must benefit from this money coming into it
Honestly how did your country get so stupid ....,
I guess it because you think you have this need to be different....
Different from what ????
Well it doesn’t matter...
