Trump looks very sick in barely audible golf course interview
During a short interview on a golf course, many people noticed a change in Donald Trump's appearance, describing him as sick, pale, and low-energy instead of his normal orange and upbeat. The clips of the failed former president have prompted speculations about his health. Trump's current appearance could be attributed to his natural state without carefully styled hair, spray tan, and tailored suits. In reality, Trump is an older, obese man and so this is what he likely looks like most of the time. Additionally, in one clip, Trump addressed the issue of Ron DeSantis and expressed doubts about debating him unless DeSantis gains ground in the polls. Another clip showed Trump criticizing DeSantis for being disloyal while also highlighting his lack of personality. Overall, Trump appeared exhausted, pale, and with diminished energy, raising questions about his ability to sustain a long campaign while facing possible indictments.
Trump lawyers warn him he's about to get arrested AGAIN
We are potentially approaching two more arrests of former President Donald Trump. District Attorney Fani Willis in Georgia is taking increased security measures as indictments are set to be announced from July to September. Additionally, a Rolling Stone article reports that Trump's lawyers have warned him to prepare for federal indictments. Trump's legal and political advisors have bluntly informed him that they expect the Justice Department to charge him in the criminal investigation into his handling of classified documents after his presidency. Trump is outraged over this, reportedly questioning why Joe Biden wouldn't face charges as well. The possibility of Trump facing criminal charges carries significant political implications, especially with the upcoming heated Republican primary. If Trump becomes entangled in multiple criminal cases that hinder his ability to campaign, there’s some chance it could impact the Republican electorate and potentially lead to support for alternative candidates like Ron DeSantis.

NAACP WARNS blacks & gays, don't go to Florida, it's dangerous!
The NAACP has issued a travel advisory in response to the actions taken by Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, which include banning books about race and LGBT identity, rejecting a new African-American studies class, and prohibiting diversity, equity, and inclusion programs in Florida colleges. The advisory warns that Florida openly exhibits hostility towards people of color and LGBT individuals, and emphasizes that Florida public schools fail to provide accurate African American history education. While the advisory may not be interpreted as a literal travel warning for most visitors, they believe its purpose is to draw attention to the regressive policies in Florida that disproportionately impact marginalized communities. The NAACP's declaration serves as a reminder of the concerning direction DeSantis is taking Florida in and the significance of this should not be overlooked.
From over the weekend:
Lauren Boebert says she had 3rd kid because birth control was expensive
During a congressional hearing on the high cost of prescription drugs, Republican Congresswoman Lauren Boebert made a shocking statement, claiming that she had a third child because birth control was too expensive. She said, “I left a prescription at a pharmacy once. I went to get birth control and I was there at the counter and went to pay for it. And the price was very, very high. I said, ‘Wow, is this a 3, 6-month prescription?’ ‘No, ma'am, this is one month.’ And I said, ‘It's cheaper to have a kid.’ And I left it there.” Of course, Boebert’s logic doesn’t really make any sense, because the financial burden of raising a child far outweighs the cost of birth control. Despite being a staunch opponent of abortion and reproductive rights, Boebert has voted against expanding access to contraception for millions of Americans. And despite apparently knowing about the financial difficulties of paying for birth control, she fails to support measures to make it more accessible. This exchange highlights Boebert's disconnection from the reality of the costs and responsibilities associated with contraception and raising children.
