Trump Throws Insane Tantrum Over Losing by 14 to Biden
Yesterday, I told you that a new CNN poll has Donald Trump down by a historic 14 points to Joe Biden in national presidential polling, 41% to 55%. Trump responded to the news in predictable fashion, by taking to Twitter and making poor arguments. The President said, “CNN Polls are as Fake as their Reporting. Same numbers, and worse, against Crooked Hillary. The Dems would destroy America!”
First of all, Trump’s claim that CNN’s polling is “fake” just isn’t true. FiveThirtyEight gives CNN’s polling organization a B+. Secondly, months ahead of the 2016 election and even right before, Hillary Clinton was polling ahead of Trump by around 4 points. She went on to win the popular vote by 2%, which is exactly what these polls measure. Now, Trump is losing by a lot more and he can’t seem to do anything about it but post nonsense on Twitter. If this trend holds up, with the normal disclaimers and caveats, Joe Biden could be on the path to a historic landslide victory.
Lawyer for George Floyd Cop Implodes on Live TV
Thomas Lane, one of the three cops charged with aiding and abetting the murder of George Floyd, has hired a lawyer named Earl Gray. Gray went on Chris Cuomo’s CNN show and made a horrible argument while trying to defend his client. He claimed that Lane was just as innocent as the civilians watching what took place because “if the public is there and they’re so in an uproar about this, they didn’t intercede either.” Cuomo immediately smacked down the argument, forcing Gray to back away from it.
So obviously, the suggestion of civilians intervening against armed police officers is ridiculous. If bystanders physically interfered with the four cops, they could have been arrested and charged — or even worse. In real-time, Gray appeared to figure that out and that’s why he had to abandon the point. We’ll see if he brings better arguments to the courtroom.

Corporate Media Repeats Fake Jobs Headlines
The Bureau of Labor Statistics has revealed that due to a misclassification error, the unemployment rate for the last three months has been reported lower than it actually was. For example, in April the U-3 unemployment rate was reported as 14.7% when the real number was 19%. Luckily the number went down a bit in May, but as the economy recovers we must be on the lookout for more bogus statistics and garbage math.
