Trump PANICKING, Accused of Laundering $170 Million
We are currently witnessing the joining of two stories in American politics. One is about the New York Times releasing Donald Trump’s tax data showing he’s not nearly as rich and successful as he claims to be. There’s also the story about how the Trump campaign is accused of laundering donor money into all sorts of sketchy places. It’s now becoming a lot easier to connect the dots between these two things. Trump has $300 million in loans which are soon coming due and $420 million in total debt. His businesses are not doing well enough to make that money. It’s obvious then that Trump could be using campaign dollars to pay his personal debts and fund a lavish lifestyle for those around him.
This news also overlaps with Trump’s former campaign manager Brad Parscale being apprehended by police and taken to a hospital over an apparent suicide threat. Parscale was suspected of being a huge player in the money-laundering scheme and maybe this medical incident was related. The Trump campaign was doing a decent enough job at keeping their schemes under wraps. Now with the New York Times exposing Trump’s debts, it’s going to be a lot harder to get away with these suspected financial crimes.
Trump Collapses at Emergency News Conference
Donald Trump held a press briefing yesterday in the wake of news of his tax returns being obtained by the New York Times. But it’s clear Trump didn’t want to talk about that at all, which is why he left the briefing without taking any questions. The event gave the impression that we were living in April 2020 again. Trump talked about developing rapid tests and how they’ll soon become available to more Americans. He even had someone take the rapid test as a demonstration, which might have been useful at the start of the pandemic, but less so now.
The point of this press conference was to make it look as though Trump is not hiding from the New York Times tax return story. But in effect, he was hiding because he didn’t take any questions from reporters. In the few times Trump has been asked about this story, he’s written it off as fake news, suggesting the Times don’t really have his tax returns. He has continued on with the lies about how he can’t release them now because he’s under audit but one day we will see them and be wholly impressed with his business success. Tonight at the first presidential debate, Trump will have to answer to the news and we’ll see how he approaches it.
From yesterday’s show:
Trump Demands Drug Tests for Him & Biden
Donald Trump continues to request that he and Joe Biden be drug tested before tonight’s first presidential debate. This has absolutely no chance of happening but it serves to put the idea in the minds of voters that Biden is taking something. This sounds like yet another example of projection from President Trump. He is the one suspected of taking uppers and the one whose energy levels are all over the place on any given day. We’ll see how the two perform on stage tonight in one of the most important nights of the 2020 campaign.
