Trump Adviser Admits How He & Steve Bannon Planned to Steal Election
Former Trump advisor Peter Navarro has revealed a plan he pursued with Steve Bannon to deliver Donald Trump a second term despite losing the 2020 election. Navarro and Bannon labeled the operation the “Green Bay sweep,” and the idea was to get enough Republican lawmakers on board with throwing out electoral votes in states Biden had won as a way to delay the count on January 6th and put pressure on Mike Pence to declare some of Biden’s electors as invalid. Navarro told the Daily Beast, “we spent a lot of time lining up over 100 congressmen, including some senators. It started out perfectly. At 1 p.m., Gosar and Cruz did exactly what was expected of them.” Referring to the riots that ensued that day, Navarro said, “it was a perfect plan. And it all predicated on peace and calm on Capitol Hill. We didn’t even need any protestors, because we had over 100 congressmen committed to it.” The offices of Congressman Paul Gosar and Senator Ted Cruz did not respond to Navarro’s comments. This goes to show that Trump and his advisors were taking an all-of-the above approach on January 6th and willing to try anything to get their way despite clearly having lost the presidential race.
Alex Jones Loses His $&!t, Turns on Trump
Alex Jones continues to rage over Donald Trump’s recent promotion of the vaccine and admission that he indeed got the COVID-19 booster shot. Jones was a major Trump supporter during the ex-president’s campaign and administration, but now he senses vulnerability on the vaccine issue and wants to capitalize on it. Jones recently claimed that the vaccines are “gene therapies” and “toxic poison” being pushed on the public. Jones later compared Trump pushing vaccines to a Satanic alien attack against children. Jones said, “Trump is running around in his stupid red tie playing the part of the Apprentice CEO telling everybody ‘oh you’re playing into their hands not taking their shot.’ No Trump, you’re playing into their hands and destroying yourself and signing yourself onto the new world order.” Jones then got reflective and sentimental, saying he can’t seem to get mad on air anymore. It’s astonishing to see how quickly these right-wing alliances fall apart and it appears the root of them has always been about building a crazed supporter base and making money off them.
From yesterday’s show:
"Not a Trumper" Brandon Guy Wears MAGA Hat, Claims Election Stolen
Ahead of the Christmas holiday, Joe and Jill Biden took calls from American voters in partnership with the NORAD Santa tracker. One of the people who called in, Jared Schmeck, shared some niceties with the first couple before saying “let’s go Brandon” and hanging up the phone. The phrase “let’s go Brandon” has become the latest meme for right-wingers and a way for them to express their disapproval of the current president. Shortly after the incident, Schmeck said that what he did was just a joke, begged people to stop harassing him, and said he is not a “Trumper.” Now, Schmeck is changing his tune and he went on Steve Bannon’s show this week wearing a red MAGA hat. He said on the program, “Trump is my president and he should still be president right now. The election was 100% stolen.” Schmeck went on to explain that, “let’s go Brandon is more than just F Joe Biden. Let’s go Brandon encompasses the entirety of our frustration with Joe Biden, the administration, the leftist mob, the cancel culture, the mainstream media.” He managed to get to all of the buzzwords in this short appearance with Bannon, while at the same time acting like he’s done something noble by telling the president to go F himself.
From yesterday’s show:
OOPS: 5000 "Dead" Voters Found Alive
One of the central talking points about so-called election fraud is the theory of dead people voting. The idea is that people who have died have votes submitted in their name by people who are trying to provide extra votes to their favored candidates. A study about supposed dead voters was conducted in Georgia and found that of the 5,000 votes claimed to have been cast by deceased people, all but four of the voters have been found alive and well. The four fraudulent ballots were all returned by relatives of the deceased. In one case, a 74-year-old widow submitted an absentee ballot on behalf of her dead husband. But these examples are incredibly rare and statistically insignificant in a country of 330 million. Instances of voter fraud should be taken seriously, but it’s not a widespread issue affecting the outcome of elections like Trump and his allies would have people believe. Anytime there is a study or audit that actually looks into these right-wing claims, they get thoroughly debunked and this is just the latest example.
